High-Level Architecture
The middleware serves as the central integration point for various components within the dAIEDGE ecosystem. The overall architecture connects network nodes with external resources like marketplaces, data catalogues, and IoT data providers.

1: High-Level Middleware Architecture
The main components are:
- Middleware Core: The central API that abstracts the blockchain functionality, including the reward system, wallet management, and integration with asset platforms.
- Nodes: Individual members of the network (consumers, producers, etc.). Each node has its own internal layered architecture to interact with the network.
- Marketplaces and Data Catalogues: Centralized hubs for discovering and accessing resources. The middleware integrates with platforms like the Bonseyes AI Marketplace and the AI on Demand portal.
- IoT Data Providers: Specialized modules that collect and standardize data from IoT sensors, making it available to the network. The CETIC DMWay platform is a key example.
